Turbo VPN — Private & Fast

Delete Account & Data

Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Secure Route Labs

This page explains how to request deletion of your Turbo VPN account and associated data, as required by Google Play's Account Deletion policy. It applies whether you signed in with email/Google or are using the app as a guest.

Do I have an account to delete?

Turbo VPN works without creating an account — most users connect as a guest, which only registers an anonymous device identifier and does not require any personal details. If you never signed in with an email address or Google account, there is no personal account tied to your identity, but you can still request deletion of your device's guest data using the steps below.

If you signed in with your email address or with Google, you have an app account that can be deleted along with its associated data.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app:

  1. Open Turbo VPN and go to Account.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the request. Your account and associated data are queued for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — By email (no app required):

Send an email to support@secure-route-labs.com from the address linked to your account (or including your registered email/Google account address in the message).

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

This option works even if you've already uninstalled the app.
